Working mothers have cornered the market on guilt. Guilt for not being at home with the kids more often. It’s never an easy balance, but according to Facebook Chief Operating Officer and working mom Sheryl Sandberg, it’s time to forget about balance. “Work hard, stick with what you like, and don’t let go,” she says.
